Due to the collectable and condition sensitive nature of trading cards, sealed products and accessory items, and to prevent issues related to tampering and misuse we have a strict returns policy that will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We would invite you to contact us directly to resolve any issues so we can work together to find a solution.
We will not look at claims including
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Dissatisfaction of pull rates
- Minor variations in card condition, packaging, or manufacturer print quality
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or suppliers
- Any sealed product that has been opened or tampered with
